Dr. Gilda Gilak is a board-certified chiropractor and Certified Primary Spine Specialist with a passion for integrative, evidence-based healthcare. Appointed as a Qualified Medical Examiner by the state of California, Dr. Gilak brings a wealth of clinical experience to her practice, including work in multidisciplinary settings alongside orthopedic surgeons and other specialists.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition, an undergraduate degree in Cellular Biology, and a minor in Microbiology. As clinical faculty at Southern California University of Health Sciences, Dr. Gilak is dedicated to education and mentorship in the health sciences.

Certified in both Dance Conditioning and Pilates, Dr. Gilak is committed to supporting patient recovery and well-being through holistic, movement-based therapies. Beyond her clinical work, she is an advocate for arts and culture, believing that creative engagement strengthens communities and promotes personal growth.

For the past 12 years I have been serving as a chiropractor in Newport Beach, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Newport Coast, and Coronal Del Mar.
